By the sea furniture return Policy
- No Refunds on any special order.
- No Refunds, Return or Cancellation on sold merchandise
- Any warranty claim or manufacturing defect will be handled per the Manufactures Policy and Procedure.
- Self Delivery – Once the merchandise is removed from the store, By The Sea Furniture will not honor any claims for damages.
- Self Delivery – Purchaser is responsible for removing and loading items from the store. We will certainty assist you but is your responsibility to bring enough help.
- 30% restocking will apply to any items returned (items can only be returned with management approval).
- 100% deposit is required on all special orders.
- Any item taken as “TRY IT” and damaged must be paid for.
- Any returned check requires a $35 service fee.
