  • No Refunds on any special order.
  • No Refunds, Return or Cancellation on sold merchandise
  • Any warranty claim or manufacturing defect will be handled per the Manufactures  Policy and Procedure.
  • Self Delivery – Once the merchandise is removed from the store, By The Sea Furniture will not honor any claims for damages.
  • Self Delivery   Purchaser is responsible for removing and loading items from the store. We will certainty assist you but is your responsibility to bring enough help. 
  • 30% restocking will apply to any items returned (items can only be returned with management approval).
  • 100% deposit is required on all special orders.
  • Any item taken as “TRY IT” and damaged must be paid for.
  • Any returned check requires a $35 service fee.
